Every galaxy begins with someone looking up. So did this one.

It is almost two in the morning. The coffee has gone cold. On the screen glows a galaxy that lives fifty million light years away, its light only now arriving, only now landing in a small studio in Los Angeles. That quiet is where Sparko Sweets began.

What if you could hold the universe in your hand. Not just see it. Taste it.

The Stargazer

Jerry fell in love with astrophotography for the peace of it. The world goes quiet under a dark sky. Hours pass with the shutter open, and what comes back is almost unbearably beautiful, whole galaxies of pink and deep ocean blue that have been drifting out there, patiently, for longer than there have been people to look. Standing under that much wonder has a way of making everything else feel small and soft.

He did not want to keep that feeling to himself. He wanted to hand it to someone. Not as a photo on a wall, but as something they could unwrap, hold up to the light, and taste. A whole galaxy, small enough to carry in a pocket.

Turning Starlight Into Sugar

The early batches fought him. Clouds bloomed where the candy should have run clear. Color pooled and muddied where it was meant to shine. But Jerry kept pouring, kept tilting the molds, kept failing a little more gracefully each time, until the cosmos finally agreed to hold still inside the glass.

Each one is poured by hand and set clear, its design suspended in sugar like a star caught mid drift. No two ever finish exactly alike, which felt right. Neither do real galaxies.

Ten Worlds in a Box

A Galaxy set arrives as ten designs nested in a keepsake box, a small solar system of its own. Each flavor was chosen to answer its light:

Every Galaxy Lollipop is still made to order, in small batches, in our Los Angeles studio, by people who have never quite stopped looking up. Unwrap one and you are holding something that began as light, crossed a lifetime of late nights, and arrived small enough to rest in your palm. Proof that the smallest things can carry the most sky.
