1. Order Processing

  • Fresh-to-Order: Every lollipop is handcrafted in Los Angeles, CA.
  • Turnaround: Orders are usually picked, packed, and shipped within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays).
  • Holiday Periods: During peak seasons, processing and transit times may be longer—thanks for your patience!

2. Domestic Shipping (USA)

We offer flat-rate Priority shipping on orders up to 5 lbs. Orders over 5 lbs—or any order selecting an expedited service—ship at live, discounted carrier rates pulled from Shopify.

3. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide via USPS, UPS, and FedEx at Shopify’s standard international rates.
  • Delivery times vary by destination; customs processing can add delays beyond our control.
  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Weekend & Holiday Handling

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.


5. Warm Weather Shipping

To keep your treats pristine during warmer months (typically May–September; subject to change), we automatically upgrade qualifying U.S. orders to a 2-Day service. Please track your package closely and retrieve it promptly upon delivery.


6. Tracking Your Shipment

  • When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS (depending on the contact method you provided).
  • Tracking details are also available in your Sparko Sweets account dashboard if you created one.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

We’ll make it right. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  1. Email info@sparkosweets.com with your order number.
  2. For damage claims, attach a clear photo of the item(s) and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
