Standard logo and edible image pops are ready in three to seven business days after you approve the proof and complete payment. Fully custom projects involving new molds or flavor development take two to three weeks. We confirm your exact timeline within one business day of your brief, and we offer rush production for tight deadlines.
What are the minimum order quantities?
Minimums vary by product type. For most custom logo and edible image pops, the minimum is 100 pieces. You send us your project details and we confirm the right quantity for your gift.
What artwork files do you need?
We work best with high-resolution PNG or PDF files, or vector AI and EPS files. If you do not have final artwork yet, we can work from rough concepts and refine them during the proof stage.
Can you ship to several offices or to a venue?
Yes. We ship nationwide, we coordinate multi-drop deliveries across several locations, and we offer blind label shipping. We also ship internationally through UPS and FedEx.
How long do the lollipops keep?
Each pop holds its quality for twelve months when you store it properly, so you can order a gifting program well ahead of the date.
